This site sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. There are no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, and no embedded maps, videos or social widgets. Fonts are served from our own domain. That is why there is no cookie banner.

Like any website, our hosting provider processes technical data (such as your IP address and browser type) in server logs to deliver the site and keep it secure. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website.

We use your message and contact details to reply, and keep them only as long as we need to handle your enquiry. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in answering you.

The application form on this site doesn't send or save anything: what you type stays in your browser. To apply, email careers@lavanlabs.com.

We use what you send us (your name, contact details, CV, links and anything you write) only to consider your application and talk to you about it. Please leave out sensitive details we don't need, such as health, religion or ethnicity. Lawful basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract with you, and our legitimate interest in hiring. We keep your application until the hiring process for that role ends, then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

We don't sell your data or share it for advertising.

Some of these providers process data outside the UK, including Vercel in the EU and the US. Where data goes to the United States, it is covered by the provider's certification under the UK–US Data Bridge / EU–US Data Privacy Framework where it holds one, or by the Standard Contractual Clauses with the UK Addendum in the provider's data-processing terms. If you're in the EEA, data reaching us in the UK is covered by the EU's adequacy decision for the UK.

You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or send it to another provider. Email privacy@lavanlabs.com. We'll respond within one month.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, tell us first at privacy@lavanlabs.com. We'd rather fix it. You can also complain to a data protection authority: your local supervisory authority in the EU or EEA, or the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) in the UK.

We may update this notice. The date at the top will change when we do.
